Steps to subscribe

iPhone/iPad/iPhone X

For any iPhone model (iOS 10 or above) and iPad you will need to copy the iCal URL above for the required Calendar you are subscribing to:

  1. Copy the ical URL above
  2. Select Settings on your device
  3. Select Passwords & Accounts
  4. Select Add Account
  5. Select Other at the bottom
  6. Select Add Subscribed Calendar
  7. Tap the Server box and Paste the URL
  8. Select Next
  9. Optionally modify the description

Outlook 2010 & Office 365 & Office 2016

  1. Click Calendars on the bottom left of the screen
  2. Click ‘Open Calendar’ on the top menu
  3. Choose From Internet
  4. Enter the iCal URL and click OK (URL can be copied near the top of this page)
  5. Click Yes to agree

Outlook.com

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
  2. At the bottom of the navigation pane, select Calendar.
  3. On the toolbar, select Import calendar > From web
  4. In the Link to the calendar box, type or copy and paste the calendar iCal URL.
  5. In the Calendar name box, enter a name you would like to add to your calendar.
  6. Select Import.

 

Gmail: Subscribe to someone elses calendar:

Using the Google URL:

  1. On the left side, next to ?Other calendars,? click Add “Add” and then select “Subscribe to calendar” from the drop down menu.
  2. In the ?Add calendar? box, enter the Google URL from above.
  3. Press?Enter. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”
